This site is a design demonstration for a consultancy that does not exist. Nothing on it is an offer of services, and nothing on it should be relied on as advice.

The content

Every figure, project, client, fee range, accreditation and person is invented. The three case studies describe schemes that were never built for clients who do not exist. The indicative fee ranges are plausible for the UK market in 2026 and are not quotations. The standards and guidance referenced — BS 4142, BS 8233, ISO, the statutory biodiversity metric — are real; the compliance claims made against them are not.

The photography

All images are generated rather than photographed. No real site, employee or client appears on this site.

Design lineage

This build follows the design language of a real consultancy’s website as a study in layout, type scale, colour and rhythm. The brand, copy, imagery and code are original and written from scratch; no markup, text or asset was copied. Licensed typefaces used by that reference have been replaced with openly licensed equivalents.

Liability

The site is provided as-is with no warranty. Since it describes no real service, there is nothing to be liable for — but for the avoidance of doubt, do not make a planning decision on the basis of a demonstration website.
